Ideal for extended-family trips, friends and cruise stays, with no spaces shared with other bookings.
Sleeping arrangements: Living room 2: 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed. Living room 3: 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed. Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed. Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed. Bedroom 5: 1 double bed. Bedroom 6: 1 queen bed, 1 single bed. Bedroom 7: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Bedroom 8: 2 single beds.
Rates, Fees & House Rules
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees apply at checkout:
- Cleaning fee: $600 per stay
- Linen fee: $50 per stay
- Extra guest fee: $20 per night for each guest beyond 15
- Pet fee: $100 per stay (pets allowed only with prior host approval)
Occupancy: Maximum 30 guests total, including day visitors. All overnight guests must be registered at booking; unregistered guests are not permitted.
Events & Parties: Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the registered guest count require prior written approval from the host. Unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, per local city ordinance.
Smoking & Vaping: Not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies if this rule is violated.
Parking: On-site parking is available for up to 9 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
Cleanliness & Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for any excess cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning fee.
Security: Exterior security cameras are in use on the property. There are no cameras inside the units.
Pool Use: The pool may be used at guests’ own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
Additional Rules: No illegal activity is permitted on the property. The property address may not be used for mail or package deliveries.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, with a grace period until 10:30 AM. A $50 late check-out fee applies after the grace period, plus an additional $50 for every additional 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to reservations booked directly through our website:
- 14+ days before check-in: full refund.
- 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
- Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.
- Reservations made 7 or more days before check-in include a 24-hour grace period after booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund.
- Stays of 28 nights or longer follow a separate long-term cancellation policy — please contact us for details.
