Make yourself at home at Sunset B, a private Hollywood studio with a full kitchen, queen bed and twin sofa bed for up to three guests. Start with breakfast at home, head out to explore, and return to your own compact retreat. WiFi, a Smart TV, keyless entry and free parking for two cars keep your stay simple. The studio is approximately 300 square feet and has its own entrance and bathroom. One of five units on the property, with shared coin laundry.
Rates, Fees & House Rules
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees apply at checkout:
- Cleaning fee: $90 per stay
- Linen fee: $10 per stay
- Extra guest fee: $20 per night for each guest beyond 2
- Pet fee: $100 per stay (pets allowed only with prior host approval)
Occupancy: Maximum 3 guests total, including day visitors. All overnight guests must be registered at booking; unregistered guests are not permitted.
Events & Parties: Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the registered guest count require prior written approval from the host. Unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, per local city ordinance.
Smoking & Vaping: Not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies if this rule is violated.
Parking: On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
Cleanliness & Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for any excess cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning fee.
Security: Exterior security cameras are in use on the property. There are no cameras inside the units.
Additional Rules: No illegal activity is permitted on the property. The property address may not be used for mail or package deliveries.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, with a grace period until 10:30 AM. A $50 late check-out fee applies after the grace period, plus an additional $50 for every additional 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to reservations booked directly through our website:
- 14+ days before check-in: full refund.
- 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
- Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.
- Reservations made 7 or more days before check-in include a 24-hour grace period after booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund.
- Stays of 28 nights or longer follow a separate long-term cancellation policy — please contact us for details.
