Pool days, backyard meals and friendly games await at Oasis. This private 3-bedroom, 2-bath Main House sleeps up to 10, with exclusive use of the pool, backyard and patio. Fire up the BBQ, play pool or ping pong, and relax together after exploring Hollywood. A full kitchen, WiFi, Smart TVs and free parking for two cars make it easy to settle in. Oasis is the centerpiece of our five-unit property — other units may host separate guests who do not share your pool or backyard.
Rates, Fees & House Rules
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees apply at checkout:
- Cleaning fee: $225 per stay
- Linen fee: $25 per stay
- Extra guest fee: $20 per night for each guest beyond 6
- Pet fee: $100 per stay (pets allowed only with prior host approval)
Occupancy: Maximum 10 guests total, including day visitors. All overnight guests must be registered at booking; unregistered guests are not permitted.
Events & Parties: Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the registered guest count require prior written approval from the host. Unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, per local city ordinance.
Smoking & Vaping: Not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies if this rule is violated.
Parking: On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
Cleanliness & Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for any excess cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning fee.
Security: Exterior security cameras are in use on the property. There are no cameras inside the units.
Pool Use: The pool may be used at guests’ own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
Additional Rules: No illegal activity is permitted on the property. The property address may not be used for mail or package deliveries.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, with a grace period until 10:30 AM. A $50 late check-out fee applies after the grace period, plus an additional $50 for every additional 30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to reservations booked directly through our website:
- 14+ days before check-in: full refund.
- 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
- Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.
- Reservations made 7 or more days before check-in include a 24-hour grace period after booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund.
- Stays of 28 nights or longer follow a separate long-term cancellation policy — please contact us for details.
